When can I arrive and depart?

Arrival (check-in): Your apartment will be ready for you from 15:00. If you arrive after 18:00, please let us know shortly.

Departure (check-out): On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:00 at the latest. This gives us enough time to clean it thoroughly for the following guests.

What are our bank details?

The deposit is paid by bank transfer.

Confirmation of the reservation

Reservations are considered binding when you contact us in writing by Mail or by telephone have sent us your confirmation.

Your booking is considered fixed when you have transferred a deposit of € 250,- per flat.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee reservations without a deposit!

What happens in the event of a cancellation?

Cancellations are only valid in writing. In general, the accommodation and contract conditions of the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply:

Cancellation conditions change depending on holiday apartment category or season

Cancellations and changes made up to 30 days before the date of arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the date of arrival will be charged at 70 per cent of the price of the entire booking. Later cancellations and changes will be charged at 90 per cent of the price of the entire booking.

No-shows will be charged 100 per cent of the price of the entire booking.

Pets in the country house?

Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons and out of consideration for other guests, we cannot allow pets in the Flats allow pets.

Children and extra beds?

Free of charge! One child between 0 and 1.99 years pays no extra charge in one of the available beds.
Free of charge! A child between 0 and 1.99 years pays no extra charge for a baby cot.
The rooms offer space for a maximum of 1 baby cot.
Extra beds cost € 30,-/day per person.

Children's beds or extra beds are only available on request and must be confirmed in any case.

We kindly ask you to indicate the exact age of the children in order to avoid misunderstandings when arriving.

When do I get the Carinthia Card?

Between May and October all guests receive the Carinthia Card free of charge. This card includes many free services and reductions, including free tickets for the Mountain railways in Bad Kleinkirchheim.

Are there parking facilities near the apartment building?

A parking space is available for each flat free of charge at the accommodation.

Is there internet in the flat?

Our W-Lan can be used free of charge in all flats.

How can I pay?

We are happy to accept bank transfer, cash payments, ATM (EC), Visa Card and Master Card.
