Is there a €1 ski pass for children?
Yes. From January 9 through March 5, 2027, for every adult with a ski pass valid for 6 days or more, one child under 12 can ski for 1 € per day—that is, 6 € for 6 days. You can purchase the ski pass right here at our facility. View the offer

The Thermal Römerbad is located 300 meters away at the valley station of the Kaiserburgbahn. To get to the St. Kathrein Thermal Baths, it’s about a 20-minute walk, or you can take the free shuttle bus. The house also has a sauna, steam room, and infrared sauna.
Can I book directly, or can I only make an inquiry?
Both. You can book online through our booking system or send a non-binding inquiry. When you book directly with us, there’s no intermediary portal, and you get the best price.
Who are these apartments suitable for?
For couples, families, and small groups of up to 5 people. The studio accommodates 1 to 2 people; the larger apartments have 2 bedrooms. All include a kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi, and free parking.
What is sunset skiing?
Sonnenskilauf ist die März-Aktion der Bergbahnen: Vom 06. bis 29.03.2027 bekommen Sie ab dem 3-Tages-Skipass 30 % Ermäßigung und einmal 4 Stunden Thermal Römerbad. Am 29.03. endet die Skisaison. Den Skipass kaufen Sie bei uns im Haus.
Where can I buy ski passes?
Right here at our house. We'll let you know which winter promotion is available during your stay and which one is the best fit for you.
When can I arrive in the winter?
From December 27 through January 8 and from January 30 through March 6, you must arrive on a Saturday and stay for at least 7 nights. Before Christmas and in March, the minimum stay is 3 nights; from January 9 through 29, the minimum stay is 5 nights, with arrival permitted on any day. In the booking system, you can immediately see what options are available for your dates.
No. Landhaus Apartments Prägant (Kirchheimer Weg 8) and the Hotel Prägant (Kirchheimer Weg 6) are two separate, independently operated businesses belonging to different branches of the Prägant family. We are a family-run vacation rental business with 7 apartments. Please make all bookings and inquiries for the Landhaus exclusively through praegant.net.

Is the Kärnten Card really included?
Yes! During the summer, all guests receive the Kärnten Card free of charge. It offers free admission to over 100 attractions throughout Carinthia—cable cars, museums, theme parks, and boat tours on Lake Millstatt.
How does the free green fee work?
As a guest at Landhaus Prägant, you automatically get free access to the 18-hole golf course Bad Kleinkirchheim. No need to book in advance with us—just check in at the golf club’s reception desk.
What lakes are nearby?
Lake Millstatt is just a 20-minute drive away—perfect for a day at the beach. With the Kärnten Card, you can ride the sightseeing boat there for free—admission to the beach areas is not included (that would require the separate Millstatt Lake Inclusive Card). Lake Wörthersee and Lake Weißensee are also easily accessible.
