All prices and availability listed above are updated in real time from our booking system—6 apartments for 2–5 people are available for online booking; Studio #17 is available upon request.
Prices: starting at 101 € per night for 2 people (smallest apartment, cheapest travel period: May 2027). Larger apartments, more guests, and peak times such as Christmas or school vacations cost more. In addition, there is a final cleaning fee (€65–90) and a local tax of €2.70 per adult per night (starting November 1, 2026: €4.50 year-round).
Minimum stay:
- Through December 16: Closed
- Winter (December 17–26): 3-night minimum stay, check-in any day
- Winter (December 27 – March 6): 7 nights or more; check-in on Saturdays only, except January 10–29 (daily)
- Spring (March 7–28): 3 nights or more, check-in any day
