The spacious Apartment #12 spans 78 square meters on the first floor and is our largest apartment. With two bedrooms, a large living and dining area, and a south-facing loggia, it can accommodate up to five people. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and coffee maker, has everything you need. Perfect for families and groups.

The smallest apartment starts at 106 €/night for 2 people—larger apartments, more guests, and peak season rates are higher accordingly.

Minimum stay: 3 nights in the early and late seasons, 5 nights in midsummer, 7 nights in winter (check-in on Saturdays). Plus final cleaning fee of 65–90 € and local tax of 2.70 € per adult per night (starting November 1, 2026: 4.50 € year-round).
