Kirchheim Advent 2026
From November 28 to December 21, 2026, Bad Kleinkirchheim will be Bad Kleinkirchheim festive lights. The Advent market will be open on all four Advent weekends (Fri–Sun) as well as on December 7 and 8, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
When the days get shorter and the nights get longer, Bad Kleinkirchheim transforms into an atmospheric winter village. At the Kirchheim Advent, you can immerse yourself in the special atmosphere of the Ski & Spa Advent:
Between fragrant regional delicacies, traditional arts and crafts and Christmas sounds, you can enjoy hours of contemplation in the heart of the spa town.
Over 30 regional exhibitors present handmade wood and handicrafts, creative jewelry, decorations and culinary delicacies from the wood-fired oven in the Advent-Häusl.
Live bands and choirs such as the Mood Music Crew, BlechReiz, Volxkrocha, the Hiko's, The Silverstones, the Kirchheimer Bauernmusik and the Trachtenkapelle Bad Kleinkirchheim provide musical accompaniment to the winter market.
Families and children can look forward to a magical children's area with a Christmas playground, gnome hut, nativity scene, light displays, creative handicrafts, face painting, glitter tattoos, balloon modeling , cookie baking and wish letters to the Christ Child. St. Nicholas visits the little guests on 6 December (17:00) together with the Kirchheimer Teiflsweiba and the Landskroner Burg Bartl - with lovingly filled Santa Claus sacks.
A special experience is the Sternenweg, a 700-meter-long, festively illuminated Christmas trail with music, punch and regional specialties such as Christmas krainer, hot chestnuts or Alpe-Adria delicacies.
Along the "Path of Warmth " - from the St. Kathrein thermal spa to the St. Kathrein church - fire shows, magicians and horse-drawn carriage rides invite you to enjoy some contemplative moments. The Advent masses take place on 29. 11., 6. 12., 13. 12. and 20. 12. at 17:30.
