Welcome to the FAQs of Das Landhaus Apartments Prägant. Here we answer all your important questions about arrival, booking, facilities and leisure activities - so that your stay with us is carefree right from the start.
Arrival & stay
When can I arrive and depart?

Check-in: From 15:00. If you arrive after 18:00, please inform us in advance.

Check-Out: On the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartment by 09:00 at the latest, so that there is enough time for cleaning.
What happens if I arrive too late?
If you arrive unexpectedly late, please contact us in good time. You can send us an e-mail to [email protected] or contact us via WhatsApp or by telephone on +43 4240 8128 to reach us. This way we can coordinate your arrival and ensure a smooth check-in.
Is there an airport transfer or shuttle service?
An airport transfer can be organized on request - please contact us before you book so that we can take your wishes into account. A train station shuttle is also available from the main train station in Spittal an der Drau & Villach. Both services can be conveniently booked via kaernten-transfer.at.
Booking & Payment
How can I book?
You can book conveniently via our online booking page or contact us directly by telephone. Your booking is confirmed with a deposit of 30% of the total price.

After successful booking you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Can I change or rebook my booking at a later date?
Yes, changes and rebookings are generally possible. Please contact us as early as possible so that we can check and implement your individual wishes.
Equipment & Service
What is included in the price?
The rental price includes the accommodation:

Bed linen and towels

Intermediate cleaning for a stay of 7 nights

Free W-Lan in all apartments

How are the apartments equipped?
Our apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and have, among other things:

A fully equipped kitchen

If you have any further questions about the equipment, we will be happy to advise you.
Are the apartments barrier-free?
Due to local conditions, our apartments are unfortunately not barrier-free. We ask for your understanding. If you have special needs, please contact us directly so that we can discuss possible alternatives together.
Can special requests (e.g. allergy-friendly furnishings, baby crib) be taken into account?
Yes, individual wishes can be taken into account if available. Please indicate these when booking so that we can prepare everything optimally.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
For reasons of hygiene and in consideration of other guests, pets are unfortunately not permitted in our apartments.
Leisure & surroundings
What leisure activities does the region offer?
Bad Kleinkirchheim offers a wide range of activities - from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing, tennis and wellness to cultural highlights. An overview of summer& winter activities can be found on our website and on arrival.
Are there any recommendations for restaurants and local stores?
We will be happy to give you tips and recommendations on local restaurants and stores on your arrival so that you can enjoy the region to the full.
When do I receive the Kärnten Card?
Between May and October, all guests receive the Kärnten Card free of charge, which offers you many discounts and free services (e.g. for the mountain railroads).
Reservation conditions & Cancellations
How do I make a reservation?
Reservations are considered binding when you confirm your booking by e-mail or telephone and the deposit of 30% of the total price has been transferred.
What are the cancellation conditions?

Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.

From 29 days before arrival: 100 % of the accommodation price will be charged.

No-show: 100 % of the accommodation price.
Cancellation insurance
