The smallest apartment starts at 106 €/night for 2 people—larger apartments, more guests, and peak season rates are higher accordingly.
Minimum stay: 3 nights in the early and late seasons, 5 nights in midsummer, 7 nights in winter (check-in on Saturdays). Plus final cleaning fee of 65–90 € and local tax of 2.70 € per adult per night (starting November 1, 2026: 4.50 € year-round). Best Price Guarantee for direct bookings — the Kärnten Card is included in the summer.
